BRITNEY SPEARS CONFIRMS MORE LONDON DATES

British fans of Britney Spears will get a chance to see her live when she performs six concerts at the O2 Arena in London next June from 3 june to 11 june, it has been announced.

It’s going to be very special,” said Rob Hallett, a spokesman for tour promoter AEG.

He explained the tour is to be based on Britney’s upcoming album The Circus, released on Monday.

“We’re creating a musical circus,” he continued. “Expect to see jugglers, dancers, tattooed ladies and acrobats.”

The London dates will be Spears’ only European shows “for the foreseeable future”, Hallett added.

The Toxic star last performed in the UK in 2004, visiting Birmingham, Glasgow, Belfast, Manchester and Wembley
Arena as part of her Onyx Hotel tour.

MEN will be vying to Womanize BRITNEY SPEARS into bed after her foxy performance last night at an awards bash.

The Overprotected singer was safe in the knowledge everyone still wants a Piece of Her as she belted out her new track at the annual Bambi Awards in Germany. 

She paid homage to fellow superstar MADONNA, wearing a replica of the Material Girl’s top hat and mesh-corset ensemble she has been rocking on her Sticky & Sweet tour.

The show also acts as a warm-up for her hotly-anticipated appearance on The X Factor this weekend.

It is also her first live gig since her infamous attempts at the MTV VMAs last year.

Fashion designer KARL LAGERFELD even graced the event with his presence to present the Toxic hitmaker with her gong.

Despite all her recent troubles, Britney smiled liked she didn’t have a care in the world and looked ready to embark on her upcoming tour.

Earlier in the day, the singer’s mum LYNNE SPEARS told GMTV: “I think Britney is just ready to get started again. This is when she’s most in her element.”
